The research titled "Protocols of Five Congregations of the Maros Reformed Diocese from 1687: Nyárádselye, Berekeresztúr, Nyárádszentimre, Nyárádszereda, Nyárádszentanna" examines the year 1687 and the Maros Reformed Diocese. The study aims to uncover and analyze the surveys conducted in these mentioned five congregations, which are associated with the specific time period. The research provides a comprehensive overview of the congregations' history, their life within the Reformed Church, and the collected data. Through the analysis and interpretation of primary sources, insights can be gained into the daily lives of the congregations, religious practices, and other characteristics of religious life during this period. The findings of the thesis contribute to the historical and religious research of the Maros Reformed Diocese, helping to understand the characteristics and challenges of the 17th-century Reformed communities in Transylvania.

In the present paper, we will present the minutes of the visitations of the dean of the Reformed diocese of Maros, written in the second half of 1816, in order to map the situation of the diocese in the first half of the 19th century. Before starting to work through the minutes, we have discussed in a few chapters the history and development of the diocese of Maros, the most important ecclesiastical figures of the time whose reigns influenced the life the Reformed Church in Transylvania, and we have also examined the diocese and the office of the dean in more depth. This was followed by a study of the records of the visitation of the dean. From these documents we learned about the relationship between the parishes. We also found out what disciplinary matters the dean and his associates had to deal with, which affected the leaders of the congregation as well as the members of the congregation.

A dolgozatomban hét fő fejezet kerül feldolgozásra. A dolgozatom első fejezete a marosi egyházmegye kialakulásáról, fejlődéséről szól, és arról, hogy az évek során, hogyan alakult ki a mai gyülekezeti élet. A második fejezet a református egyház életéről szól, a 19. században, arról, hogy milyen hatással volt a református egyház életére a rekatolizáció, valamint, hogy milyen rendeletek nehezítették, vagy éppen könnyítették terheit. A harmadik fejezetben az esperesről, mint tisztségről ennek jogköréről és az esperesi vizitációról írtam, valamint azokról a tisztségekről, amelyek jelen voltak az esperesi vizitáció alkalmával. A negyedik fejezet az, ahol a jegyzőkönyvek tényleges kidolgozásával foglalkoztam, összegeztem és összesítettem a meglátogatott gyülekezeteket. Az ötödik részben a gyülekezetekben levő fegyelmi ügyeket vizsgáltam át.

Nüsszai Gergely a negyedik század egyik fontos gondolkodója volt. A kappadókiai atya társaival együtt (Nagy Baszileiosz és Nazianzoszi Gergely) fontos szerepet játszott a keresztyén dogmák alakulásában. Élete végére az ortodoxia védelmezőjének is nevezték. Jelen dolgozatban a halálhoz és a feltámadáshoz kapcsolódó tanítását vizsgáltuk, elsősorban antropológiai szempontból. Ehhez kapcsolódóan fontos volt a teremtés témakörének vizsgálata is, mert a kérdés mélyebb vizsgálata során kiderült, hogy Gergely teremtésről szóló tanítása szervesen összefügg a halál és feltámadás kérdéskörével. A Szentírást zsinórmértékként használva Gergely többek közt válaszokat keres az alábbi kérdésekre: mi lesz a testtel és a lélekkel a halál után? Hogyan történik a feltámadás? Ki támad fel? Milyen mértékben azonos a meghalt személy a feltámadottal? Ilyen és ehhez hasonló kérdések mentén halad dolgozatunk is.
