The thesis highlights the complex role of the masses in the New Testament. The synoptic tradition, namely Matthew, Mark, and Luke, depict the masses differently. Matthew is more sympathetic, while Luke maintains distance, portraying Jesus as a friend to the poor and oppressed. The analysis of three Greek words, all translated as 'masses' in English: 'πολλοί', 'λαός', and 'ὄχλος', is particularly important. 'πολλοί' is a general term for any large group, not just people.

Humanity is constantly evolving, which exerts a powerful impact on religion and the church as well. The postmodern era, which spread from the second half of the 20th century, presents a new direction that the church must respond to. The research examines how the gospel can be effectively conveyed in the postmodern world, with special consideration for the relationship between youth and the church, as well as the resulting challenges and opportunities.

A most előkerült nagyváradi Barth-interjú azért is fontos, mert eddig úgy tudták egy 1939-es levele alapján, hogy Barth feltételezhetően ettől a dátumtól kezdve tett egyenlőségjelet a bolsevizmus és a fasizmus közé, és hogy akkor állapította meg: a nemzeti szocializmus és a bolsevizmus egymásnak rokonai. The General Synod of 1820 is the subject of my Master's thesis. I believe that the topic and the sources it reveals are indispensable for the research of the Transylvanian Reformed Church history. I will start from the life of the church in the 19th century and move towards the source that I have uncovered. In the excavated source, points appear which are connected with the liturgical history, the history of the order, and the rules and customs of burial. A slice of this will be presented and unpacked in this essay.

A mesteri dolgozat öt marosszéki gyülekezet 1687-es összeírásáról szól, melyek név szerint a következők: Székelyszentistván, Makfalva, Székelyabod, Kibéd, Sóvárad. E dolgozat alapját az egyházmegye legrégibb matriculájának egy töredéke képezi, amely fióklevéltárnak is tekinthető, hisz számos oklevelet, határozatot, feljegyzést, díjlevelet tartalmaz. A marosi egyházmegye kialakulásának rövid történeti áttekintése után, dolgozatomban a felsorolt öt gyülekezet, illetve település rövid bemutatására kerül sor.

The research titled "Protocols of Five Congregations of the Maros Reformed Diocese from 1687: Nyárádselye, Berekeresztúr, Nyárádszentimre, Nyárádszereda, Nyárádszentanna" examines the year 1687 and the Maros Reformed Diocese. The study aims to uncover and analyze the surveys conducted in these mentioned five congregations, which are associated with the specific time period. The research provides a comprehensive overview of the congregations' history, their life within the Reformed Church, and the collected data.

In this dissertation I would like to present an extract from Philipp Melanchthon's work Catechesis puerilis. I translated part of the work from Latin into Hungarian. The work, Catechesis puerilis, is quite distinct from Martin Luther's well-known Small Catechism. However, their objective is the same: to teach the knowledge of the Christian faith. Philipp Melanchthon begins the catechesis with a grammar lesson for school-age children. I have divided my dissertation into five major units. The first part is about the life of Philipp Melanchthon.
