Az egyházkormányzás alapja Isten igéje, feladata Krisztus akaratának érvényesítése. Az egyház tehát nem követheti kritika nélkül a világi vezetési modelleket, mert azok adaptálásával a hangsúlyok eltolódhatnak, ennek következtében a vezetés céltévesztetté válik. A teológiai kibernetika rendszerszemléletű megközelítése segít meghatározni a vezetés helyét, feladatát, módszereit segítségül híva a korszerű vezetéselméleti, szervezetfejlesztési és menedzsmenttudományi ismereteket. Azonban a kibernetika több, mint professzionális menedzsment- technológia. Feladata az isteni iránymutatás mentén, a Lélek munkáját engedve segíteni a közösségi egyházvezetést gyülekezeti és szervezeti síkon egyaránt.

Tineretul de astăzi se confruntă cu o criză a identității valorilor, fără a fi vinovat pentru aceasta. Cei responsabili de educația și îndrumarea lor, cum ar fi părinții, dascălii, clericii și îndrumătorii spirituali, și-au pierdut orientarea spirituală, preferând adesea siguranța în locul mântuirii. În societatea actuală, se observă o predominanță a răului explicată prin prisma mentalității evoluționiste susținute de știință. În acest context, cuvintele din Sfânta Scriptură și apelul către Dumnezeu par a fi fără rost. Răul este adesea redus la încălcări ale normelor etice, explicate printr-un raționalism care justifică urmarea pasiunilor personale. Abaterea de la calea corectă trasată de Părinții Bisericii, precursorii pedagogiei moderne, a dus la o pierdere a valorilor fundamentale ale creației divine. Este esențial să redescoperim fundamentul creștin al pedagogiei și orientarea spirituală pentru a remedia această situație.

The present study deals with the characteristic features of the ministry of teachers in the early church, contrasting them with the rabbis in the synagogues. As charismatic characters in the early church, teachers have played a role compa-rable to that of the apostles and prophets. In a different order of ideas, we would like to investigate whether the competence of charismatic teachers should be considered universal, or whether they played a rather local administrative role in the way bishops, deacons and presbyters did. At the same time, we shall analyse the content of their teaching aiming to define the place of teachers within the early church. We shall conclude with remarks concerning the development of the teachers’ status in the post-Pauline period.
