Allegorikus bibliamagyarázata keretében Alexandriai Philón néhány alkalommal az Isten emberét állítja az olvasó elé. Az ἄνθρωπος [τοῦ] θεοῦ megnevezés megtalálható a Septuaginta jó néhány szövegében, többnyire próféták, illetve olyan jeles bibliai alakok jelölésére, mint Mózes vagy Dávid. Philón azonban kevés alkalommal támaszkodik ezekre a szakaszokra, minden bizonnyal azért, mert a Pentateuchost magyarázza, miközben az „Isten embere” cím főleg a deuteronomisztikus és a krónikás történeti műben fordul elő. Ugyanakkor néha érintőlegesen utalást tesz ezekre a szövegekre is. Azonban az allegorikus-etikai magyarázat keretében és a platóni–sztoikus filozófiai eszmék hatására Philónnál a fogalom új jelentésekkel bővül. A következőkben röviden áttekintem az „Isten embere” fogalom használatát a Septuagintában. Ezt követően rátérek néhány philóni szövegre, ahol az ἄνθρωπος θεοῦ fogalom szerepel, és megvizsgálom annak jelentéseit.

Weather imagery plays a major role in Hosea. Hosea 2 recalls the image of an unfaithful wife; Hosea 4:2–3 describes the withering of the land; in 6:3; 10:12; 14:6, the several types of precipitation draw attention to the utterance of YHWH or the requested righteousness; in 9:10.13.16; 10:1; 13:5; 14:6.8, Israel is symbolised by different plants that blossom and wither, depending on their relation to Yhwh. In all of these instances, weather phenomena contribute to these images. In this article, I try to catalogue and evaluate the metaphors and concepts to look at how meteorological images convey theological and historical messages, and vice versa how historical events or sociological procedures demonstrate their consequences in nature, especially in the weather. It seems that weather imagery is used to describe the consequences of idolatry, injustice and false politics.

The second half of the 20th century can be characterised by a consolidation of all state structures of the Communist Party. The most important institution in keeping the power was the Secret Police (Securitate), which exercised a strict control over the Churches, including the Hungarian Reformed Church. The Securitate was mostly interested in the foreign contacts of the church. After the Second World War the Reformed Church has kept its contacts with the Reformed Churches in Hungary, as well as with many other Western European churches from the former West Germany, Holland, Switzerland, etc. The Secret Police’s purpose was to gather as many information as possible about the different contacts, and to control the whole issue.

During the Communist regime, in the sixties of the 20th century, the Protestant Theological Seminary started the student exchange program with churches and institutions from the Western part of Europe, mainly the Dutch Reformed Churches. It was in 1968 when the first Dutch couple came to spend one study year in the Seminary. After them students have been arriving each year until the end of the eighties. Coming from a capitalist, “unfriendly” country, the Dutch students have always been watched at by the Securitate (Secret Police) very carefully. Many informers were recruited from among the Reformed pastors as well as seminary professors to control the whole study process of the foreigners. The documents included into this paper are perfect samples of how the Secret Police usually acted.

Száz évvel ezelőtt, ha valaki megbetegedett, állapota rohamosan romlott a diagnózis elégtelensége és a megfelelő kezelés hiánya miatt. Elég, ha az akkoriban oly gyakori fertőző megbetegedésekre gondolunk. Az élet végső szakaszában a menthetetlen betegek szerény, rövid ideig tartó gondozásban részesültek, mivel a halál korán beállt. Az orvosi diagnosztika és a kezelés rengeteget javult az agyagi és gazdasági helyzet szinte állandó fejlődése következtében úgy, hogy az átlagéletkor emelkedésével kapcsolatos váradalmak is jócskán megnövekedtek. A kialakult helyzetben szükségessé vált a beteggondozás más alapon történő, és más megközelítés szerinti megszervezése.
