Az egyházkormányzás alapja Isten igéje, feladata Krisztus akaratának érvényesítése. Az egyház tehát nem követheti kritika nélkül a világi vezetési modelleket, mert azok adaptálásával a hangsúlyok eltolódhatnak, ennek következtében a vezetés céltévesztetté válik. A teológiai kibernetika rendszerszemléletű megközelítése segít meghatározni a vezetés helyét, feladatát, módszereit segítségül híva a korszerű vezetéselméleti, szervezetfejlesztési és menedzsmenttudományi ismereteket. Azonban a kibernetika több, mint professzionális menedzsment- technológia. Feladata az isteni iránymutatás mentén, a Lélek munkáját engedve segíteni a közösségi egyházvezetést gyülekezeti és szervezeti síkon egyaránt.

The present study deals with the characteristic features of the ministry of teachers in the early church, contrasting them with the rabbis in the synagogues. As charismatic characters in the early church, teachers have played a role compa-rable to that of the apostles and prophets. In a different order of ideas, we would like to investigate whether the competence of charismatic teachers should be considered universal, or whether they played a rather local administrative role in the way bishops, deacons and presbyters did. At the same time, we shall analyse the content of their teaching aiming to define the place of teachers within the early church. We shall conclude with remarks concerning the development of the teachers’ status in the post-Pauline period.

Heidelbergi Káté erdélyi hatástörténetének kutatása során feltűnik, hogy Tatai Ferenc neve, aki „igen kíváló ember” és termékeny teológus, debreceni lelkész és egyházmegyei jegyző, esperes és püspök nem szerepel az 1752-es, kolozsvári Catechismusi Házi-Kints című kátémagyarázat címoldalán. Belső egyházi körökben, legalábbis a debreceni konzisztóriumban és a városi tanács tagjai között azonban közismert volt az a tény, hogy ő a hírneves Catechismusi Házi-Kints (a továbbiakban CHK) fordítója.

The purpose of this study is twofold. First, it sets the historical context in which Aphrahat wrote his Demonstrations and deals with the interesting relationship between his writings, ‘against the Jews’ and the Sassanian persecution of Christians. It also treats his refutation of the Jewish charges. Secondly, it addresses his ‘unique’ view of christology which is not in line with the Nicene decision concerning one aspect yet at the same time it is congruent with it. The paper also tries to point out that his view on christology was ‘unique’ but not exceptional in the Early Church.
