The anthropological challenges and perspectives. of the missionary image of man, in particular on the pastoral vocation. In this study, we scrutinize whether the revolutionary changes in mission theology suggested by David Bosch three decades ago have indeed taken root in the distinct context of Transylvania, through a blend of theological and philosophical discourse. Simultaneously, we endeavor to make sense of the rapid transformation occurring globally and within our own borders, interpreting it through contemporary anthropological theory and aligning it with missiological insights. The paper will also dissect the systematic theological implications of developing a Reformed theological anthropology, and then consider the pastoral ramifications and vocational prospects for fostering a more biblically accurate portrayal of man.

A COVID-19 világjárvány jelentős változást okozott az egyházak és helyi gyülekezeteik életében. A magyar nyelvű egyházak tapasztalatai is a nemzetközi trendekbe illeszkednek. A missziói ekkléziológiában jelenleg folyamatban lévő paradigmaváltozás komplexebbé vált. A pandémia felerősített néhány, már korábban indult változást, ugyanakkor új jelenségeket is kiváltott. Jelen tanulmány ezeket a változásokat ismerteti, és azzal a céllal tesz javaslatot egyházaink megerősítésének módjára, hogy azok a jelen helyzetben is hatásokat legyenek a küldetésük betöltésében.

Ravasz László nem érdeklődött a természettudományok iránt. Legalábbis fennmaradt, gazdag életművéből ez derül ki, de nem olvastam sehol olyat a róla szóló és mindmáig hézagos tudományos értékű szakirodalomban, ami ennek az ellenkezőjét bizonyítaná. Ugyanis számára a tudományos érdeklődés a filozófia–teológia–irodalom köreiben bontakozott ki. Az azonban bizonyos, hogy nem volt természettudomány-ellenes. Azokhoz a témákhoz, amelyekben manapság a természettudományok és a teológia bizonyos képviselőin keresztül sokszor igen heves vitát folytat, higgadtan viszonyult. Tiszteletben tartotta a tudomány eredményeit, őszinte rácsodálkozással szemlélve azokat a tudományos-technikai felismeréseket, vívmányokat és megvalósításokat, amelyek a 20. században bontakoztak ki.
