Újszövetségi kutatóként a szerző olyan kérdéseket taglal az alábbi tanulmányban, melyek alapvetően meghatározzák egy teológiai felfogás irányát. Ezek a következők: Miben látta Tavaszy Sándor a teológia feladatát? Hogyan határozta meg a rendszeres teológia és a bibliai teológia kapcsolatát? Milyen írásmagyarázati elveket vallott? Milyen alapállása volt a hit és a történet kérdésében? Valamennyi problémafelvetés tárgyalási szempontjára nézve érvényes a kutatott gondolkodó megállapítása, miszerint fontos Jézus történeti vonatkozásainak a megismerése, „de ez a megismerés csak akkor éri el célját, ha hittel és hódolattal áll meg Krisztus istensége előtt, mert az ő személyének jelentése túl van a históriai megismerés határán.”

Acest scurt studiu aduce în atenție evoluția predării și practicii muzicale în cadrul colegiului unitarian din Cluj în perioada secolelor XVI–XIX. De la interdicția instrumentelor muzicale și a cântatului indecent la permisiunea treptată a practicii muzicale în incinta colegiului și introducerea predării muzicii, evoluția reflectă schimbările sociale și culturale din acele vremuri. Muzica a devenit, în cele din urmă, o parte acceptată și chiar integrată în viața colegiului, marcând o tranziție importantă în percepția și practica muzicală în colegiul unitarian din Cluj și comunitatea unitariană din Transilvania.

In the past decades, research has raised the idea of a theology of the Septuagint (LXX) on various occasions. Important works were recently published on this topic in the Handbuch zur Septuaginta and the Septuagint and Cognate Studies series. The general theological tendencies of the LXX are identified by scholars in eschatology, messianism, anti-anthropomorphism and angelology. These tend to all be regarded as further developments of the theology of the Hebrew Bible (HB). However, one can trace the evolution of these and other main topics of the LXX in the New Testament (NT) and in the later apostolic writings as well. Based on three concise case studies, I point out the evolution of theological ideas from the HB through the LXX up to the NT in this paper.

Huszti Andrást, Nádudvari Pétert és Makfalvi Józsefet a szakirodalom az univerzalista tanok vagy más néven a remonstráns teológia erdélyi követőjeként tartja számon. Huszti András és Nádudvari Péter története többé-kevésbé már feldolgozott, de ezekből éppen teológiai tévelygésük pontos rekonstruálása maradt ki. Makfalvi Józsefről viszont keveset tudunk. Róla csupán néhány közlemény jelent meg, s így neve szinte ismeretlen a szakirodalomban.

Azelőadás témáját kettős évforduló indokolta: 120 éves a Kolozsvári Protestáns Teológiai Intézet épülete, ahol 1895 őszén kezdte el működését az Erdélyi Ev. Ref. Egyházkerület Theologiai Fakultása; és 25 éves a Kolozsvári Protestáns Teológiai Intézet vegyes kara. Egy protestáns teológiai főiskola és vegyes karának együttes évfordulója kapcsán elkerülhetetlen kérdésekre szükséges válaszolnunk. Mi a szerepe a zenének a teológiai oktatásban? Miben látták az elődök a zenei nevelés, közelebbről az egyházzene oktatásának lényegét, és mit jelent ez napjainkban a lelkészképzés számára? Mi adja egy teológiai intézet énekkarának a létjogosultságát, és mi tehet sajátossá egy ilyen jellegű kórust?

Scout Movement in Transylvania. This study is a presentation about the history of the scout movement in Transylvania. The Hungarian scout movement in Transylvania started in 1911. After that many Hungarian scout team was founded. After 1914, when Transylvania became a part of Romania the Hungarian scout teams joined the Romanian scout association, which was founded in 1914. Between the two world wars the Romanian scout association was under the direct influence of the state. After 1940, when a part of Transylvania was connected to Hungary again, the Hungarian scout movement in Transylvania has also revived. The scout started many kind of good projects. They became a useful part of the society. The centre of the scout movement by that time was Kolozsvár.
