Hogyan válhatunk érzékennyé a segítő hivatás jelenkori problémáira, mire van szükség a hatékony segítő háló kiépítéséhez? Vizsgálódásom tárgya, hogy hogyan befolyásolhatja a transzgenerációs delegáltság, a társadalmi igény és presztízs, a digitális kor a segítő kapcsolatokat. Milyen változásokat hoz a segítő hivatások területén, módszereiben, az etikai gondolkodásban, a különböző társadalmi szereplők közötti párbeszédben? Fókuszban a hiteles segítő valósága, az emberkép körüli tisztánlátás és az etikai gondolkodás, valamint a fogalmak tisztázása és a helyén kezelése.

The research titled "Protocols of Five Congregations of the Maros Reformed Diocese from 1687: Nyárádselye, Berekeresztúr, Nyárádszentimre, Nyárádszereda, Nyárádszentanna" examines the year 1687 and the Maros Reformed Diocese. The study aims to uncover and analyze the surveys conducted in these mentioned five congregations, which are associated with the specific time period. The research provides a comprehensive overview of the congregations' history, their life within the Reformed Church, and the collected data. Through the analysis and interpretation of primary sources, insights can be gained into the daily lives of the congregations, religious practices, and other characteristics of religious life during this period. The findings of the thesis contribute to the historical and religious research of the Maros Reformed Diocese, helping to understand the characteristics and challenges of the 17th-century Reformed communities in Transylvania.

Hasznos dolognak tartom, hogy az, aki vezetői szerepre készül vagy kényszerül, az legyen tisztában a különböző vezetési formákkal, azoknak előnyeivel és hátrányaival. Megkülönböztetünk többféle személyiségtípust, és ezekhez tartozóan többféle vezetési formát és vezetési stílust.

The present study deals with the characteristic features of the ministry of teachers in the early church, contrasting them with the rabbis in the synagogues. As charismatic characters in the early church, teachers have played a role compa-rable to that of the apostles and prophets. In a different order of ideas, we would like to investigate whether the competence of charismatic teachers should be considered universal, or whether they played a rather local administrative role in the way bishops, deacons and presbyters did. At the same time, we shall analyse the content of their teaching aiming to define the place of teachers within the early church. We shall conclude with remarks concerning the development of the teachers’ status in the post-Pauline period.

Ez a dolgozat lényegében arra irányul, hogy feltárja és bemutassa. mi a jelentősége e két fogalom összekapcsolódásának, tehát arról szól, hogy a csoportdinamikai tapasztalatokat miként lehet alkalmazni a gyülekezetépítés kontextusában.

The purpose of the Epistle to the Hebrews. In this essay we argue that the particular purpose of Hebrews is obscure for the modern reader. It is clear, that it was addressed to a particular community that needed to be warned not to apostatize, not to turn away from Christianity. But no dogmatic conclusion can be reached on a more precise identification of the danger could consist in. The drift of the argument on the levitical cultus, the exhortations and argumentations from the exposition of so many Old Testament passages would possibly give weight to the theory that the danger was that of relapsing into Judaism, a theory held by numerous scholars. However, this is an inference, though reasonable. But each further step in order to identify the exact form of the apostasy to Judaism will be conjectural.

A lelkipásztor egy gyülekezet vezetőjeként a közösség középpontjában áll, és így számtalan elvárással találja szemben magát, mely elvárásokhoz való viszonyulása nagyban befolyásolja szolgálatát. Az, hogy hogyan viszonyul a lelkész a vele szemben támasztott elvárásokhoz, nagyban összefügg a gyermekkori tapasztalataival, ezért a gyermekkori tapasztalatok megvizsgálásának fényében vizsgáltam a lelkipásztor igehirdetési szolgálatával kapcsolatos elvárásokat. Az igehirdetési szolgálat két megnyilvánulási formáját (gyülekezeti igehirdetés, személyes lelkigondozás), s az ezekkel kapcsolatos (normatív/problematikus) elvárásokat vizsgáltam, továbbá ezen szolgálatok helyes végzését segítő, rövid szolgálati útmutatóként szolgáló anyagot gyűjtöttem.
