The research titled "Protocols of Five Congregations of the Maros Reformed Diocese from 1687: Nyárádselye, Berekeresztúr, Nyárádszentimre, Nyárádszereda, Nyárádszentanna" examines the year 1687 and the Maros Reformed Diocese. The study aims to uncover and analyze the surveys conducted in these mentioned five congregations, which are associated with the specific time period. The research provides a comprehensive overview of the congregations' history, their life within the Reformed Church, and the collected data. Through the analysis and interpretation of primary sources, insights can be gained into the daily lives of the congregations, religious practices, and other characteristics of religious life during this period. The findings of the thesis contribute to the historical and religious research of the Maros Reformed Diocese, helping to understand the characteristics and challenges of the 17th-century Reformed communities in Transylvania.

In this research, I have explored the theme of the immortality of the soul in the light of Plato's and Calvin's view of the soul. The work is divided into two major parts: in the first part, I examined Plato's and Calvin's view of the soul and the immortality of the soul, and in the second part, I compared the results of the first part. In the course of this research, I have discovered the similarities and differences in the details of the two conceptions. Eight units of thought were identified for the comparison and within these units, different themes were compared between the two conceptions. In the last point, one of the main questions of the topic was answered, namely whether the soul is immortal or impermanent. Although Plato and Calvin had different points of view, in the end the two concepts were the same: the soul is immortal.

Már megszokottá vált, hogy a tudományos világ folyamatosan ésszerű magyarázatot igyekszik keresni a Bibliában leírt csodákra. Szinte évente felröppen egy-egy hír a médiában, hogy tudományos magyarázatot találtak, valamelyik Bibliában leírt eseményre. Ilyenkor mindig felmerül a kérdés, vajon miért olyan fontos az emberiségnek, megcáfolni a Biblia hitelességét? A magiszteri dolgozat megírása rendjén megoldást keresek a következő kérdésre: hogyan értelmezhetőek Lukács evangéliumában a Jézus csodáiról szóló elbeszélések? Kutatásom ezen célkitűzésével tehát a Jézusról szóló csodaelbeszélések megértését igyekszem megvizsgálni, rámutatva ezáltal arra, hogy Jézus Krisztus csodái nem véletlenszerűen történtek, hanem mögötte a Mindenható Isten áll, és így Jézus cselekedeteiben felismerhető Isten cselekedete.

Dolgozatomban a 19. század második felében Erdélyben, azon belül pedig Nagyenyeden és kis részben Kolozsváron kialakult egyházi eseményeket és történéseket fogom tüzetesebben vizsgálni. Mindezt pedig a racionális és liberális irányzatok fényében teszem. A források többsége, mely rendelkezésemre áll, arra mutatnak rá, hogy a 19. század második felében kialakult teológiai viták, szócsatározások, érvek és ellenérvek, a racionális, a hagyományos teológia, valamint a liberális teológiai nézetek között forgolódtak.

Vizsgálódásunk olyan dilemmákra adhat megoldást, melyek ma is relevánsak. Mert a dolgok jelentésének értelmet kereső ember láthatja, hogy van értelme keresésének, érdemes elkezdeni azt. Mert ha beszélhetünk a lelkek preegzisztenciájáról, milyen jogon hajtunk végre mesterséges terhesség-megszakítást? Mert az önmaga sorsával elégedetlen, aki minden és mindenki mást okol nyomorúságáért végre irányt válthat, és felélesztheti saját felelősségét.
